In undertaking such a major development it was important to source and secure the right parties to enable me to complete the project successfully.
At the outset, the focus was very much planning and design, yet there was a constant in my ear throughout this process…. “have you considered who will do the build for you?” The truth is I had, but Truform Construction, this constant and recurring name was not a builder I was familiar with.
It soon became a name I would work closely with over the next eighteen months. A decision made purely on instinct and gut feel, something that I expressed to Krystin when I gave her the go ahead without giving any consideration to other interested parties keen to explore and secure a premier Williamstown build.
Truform Construction, the business - it very much starts with Krystin. Krystin was the main interface and integral cog in bringing this all together. From the very first meeting and visitation of current & past projects undertaken by Truform, it was obvious as to the professionalism exhibited and the quality of their craftsmanship. Craftsmanship brought about by Krystin’s in-depth knowledge of design, fit for purpose build and cosmetic flair.
There was a lot involved personally in bringing all parties together and working in a unified manner, yet Krystin’s ability to be a couple of steps ahead alleviated any concerns I may have had, something that cannot be overlooked when considering the wider offering of Truform. It’s an end to end service proposition which is succinct, well managed and highly organised, delivering a quality product, all within agreed parameters and timeframes.
The build and the building team. Nathan is a perfectionist in his art, and the team he has assembled follow his lead. Meticulous to the nth degree, providing regular appraisals of each stage of construction and putting forward advanced thoughts and concepts to improve the finished look. When one considers that there was minimal interaction required by myself with Nathan throughout the build (stepped up nearer completion), it’s speaks volumes of the unique partnership that exists between Krystin & Nathan, all of which achieves the desired result with everyone playing their role.

Embarking on a major renovation for our ‘home’ we were fortunate to find Truform Construction. From our first meeting with Nathan and Krystin, the husband wife team behind Truform, to the final finishing touches we felt we were all working to the same goal.
Our specific requests regarding material choices, design and construction were incorporated in the build, and this made us feel like we had a great deal of input in the final outcome.
